I’ve ordered the same shirt two separate times, and on both occasions the item has never shipped. The first time I wrote the company, they refunded my original purchase amount (which I was appreciative of) and indicated the item would be shipped. It wasn’t. I tried my luck again three weeks ago, the shirt again has not shipped. I’m not disgruntled, but ordering something that doesn’t ever ship seems like an issue.
