I went with the Ethiopian roast. Ordered a 5lb bag ground. It arrived very quickly but I received whole beans. I reached out to customer service and they sent the correct order the next day. I just received it yesterday and tried it this morning. The grind consistency is perfect for my aero press. The flavor is great! I’m excited to try other varieties when I get through this batch!

Wakes me up with a smile

Hands down the best roast and beans I’ve been able to find. The bright floral notes are in that Goldilocks zone of not too much but enough to know it’s there, with a smooth finish.
